Photo contest Blue + Green

About

We invite photographers to take part in the «Blue + Green» photo contest! Blue is the color of depth, silence, and eternity. Green is the color of life, growth, and hope. Together, they breathe life into nature: the sea among trees, morning mist above a river, the sky mirrored in leaves. This is a union of calm and motion, stability and renewal. We’re looking for images where blue and green don’t just coexist—but interact—through mood, contrast, harmony, or metaphor.

Accepted:

Photographs in which blue and green "interact"—creating harmony, contrast, mood, metaphor, nostalgia, or a fresh perspective on the familiar.
All genres are welcome: street photography, portrait, still life, abstraction, landscape, documentary, and more.

Not accepted:

Images in which the specified colors were not present in the original scene and were added or drastically intensified solely through digital editing: Photoshop, AI tools, filters, selective color grading, etc.
Photos containing only one of the two colors will not be accepted—both blue and green must be present in the image.

Vote

Viewers' votes are accepted during the submission period and for several days after completion.

Prize

Increase the limit to the load for the main contest 35AWARDS. Extensive coverage of the winner photos, as well as 10 of the best photos of the competition.

Not accepted:

Similar images (similar combination of objects, cropping, different shooting angle, or change of photo tone)
Artificial color changes in graphic editors
Collages and composite images

* A photo that has won in other 35AWARDS contests cannot enter the best photos of this contest. Only one photo of the author can enter the number of the best photos of this competition.
** Images that do not match can be removed from the competition.

This is Express Contest, launched in test mode. This is a thematic photo contest with slight modifications, where we are trying out a new voting system. Despite these innovations, the essence of the contest remains the same—to share your best photos on a given theme and be inspired by the works of others.

During the contest, we will closely monitor participant activity and feedback. We may make adjustments to make the contest even more interesting and engaging for everyone. Please be aware that some errors or issues may arise during the process. We are promptly addressing them and strive to quickly implement any necessary changes.
