I absolutely liked how simple this frame is, without wasting any time I captured it on my camera till the end of times. The man sitting on the bench was like icing on the cake. The tree stood out from the rest of the elements in the picture.
As it happened, Life & nature can offer you with trials that can be breath taking. A Close to heart encounter which happened at Bandipur Tiger Reserve, India.
It was a tiring day, and I was about to digest the fact that I couldn't spot a single big cat, but then at the end during the course period of conclusion, just 5 minutes to cut off time I came across this major Handsome who was purely camouflaged and hidden with in the bushes, which makes me believe it over & over that wildlife is always engaging and the rate of thrill that remains till the last minute of each & every safari is just unbelievable.
This handsome was pretty much confident that i was off no harm to him. He did scene the scene from with in the bushes for nearly 15minutes. An later on he had emerged from the bushes to give this innocent look which was for what I did wait in there the whole 20 minutes time. Finally that stare happened Just 2 meters away from the jeep. A Moment worth experiencing & facing. He was so close that my heart rates did beat faster every Second. But at the end of the day this one single stare from the bushes is all what mattered to my personal photographic journey.
Every experience in wild is a lesson that makes us more confident to face even more worser situations. I had this full framed with my personal favourite & the base model kit zoom lens which is Canon 55-250mm. As always I kept concluding wild life is not just about major gears and tele photo lens. It's about the your sheer patience and followed by pinch of luck, Calculated timing & Prediction. The best kept feature is your knowledge to compose, hard work to sit back and wait in for the right moment.
Season's first encounter of this elusive bamboo pit viper . This was my first encounter with his beautiful viper who was not aggressive only if you maintain a safe and respectful distance. I was lucky to find this guy out in open
Green Vine Snakes are slender yellowish green snakes that look just like vines, which provides them with excellent camouflage when they are up in the trees. The image was captured in Agumbe rainforest which falls in Western Ghats of India, a very thick evergreen forest which hold a record as one the highest rainfall in the world. I had been to this rainforest on July, 8th 2017 it was my first macro photography attempts. A group of six members were in search of macro subjects that is when we came across green vine snake when is swivelling around a plant and try to camouflage its presence. The moment it has observed that we are about to spot, snake started to swirl around a plant and move upward in direction and I was there at the right time when I patiently was able to capture its swivelling motion and present a beautiful picture. I felt it was an amazing movement of the snake and swiftness when it tried to move, later disappeared in the bushes.
It was the first time when I had made up my mind to face the challenge of capturing a snake and I felt so amazed looking at their agility and adaptation.
Equipment used: Canon 7D mark II and Canon 100mm f2.8 IS USM macro lens
Location: Agumbe, Karnataka India
Date: 8th July 2017
What you are looking at is a reflection of Palm trees on the water. Tilt the image to see the actual photo.
This was taken on our trip to kerala on July 2017. This is not a tourist spot but we unexpectedly found this place since we lost the root on our way to our homestay :).
