This architecture is called Tokyo Big Sight located in Tokyo, Japan. I took this photograph with a vision to express a path and one of my goals. I\'ve learned lots of things from predecessors to reach my goal. One of the thing that I\'ve learned is that establish my goal and shine light into my path by myself to reach my goal. In the middle of the path, I often struggle with difficulties. But these difficulties gives me not only a strong purpose of life and a sense of fulfillment but pushes me to the next level. This is the vision and what I want to express in this photograph.

This photo was shot on a staircase of an very old building in Zadar, Croatia. My daughter was at the ground floor looking up at me. I duplicated the stairs because the composition and the motif reminded me of a Dutch graphic artist M. C. Escher whose works I have admired since childhood. His work features exploration of infinity, reflection, symmetry, perspective, impossible objects, etc.

Once again with a look upwards I take a new point of view. I love architecture in general. It blends very well with photography because it allows you to capture exceptional lines and points of view, different from the common, creating magnificent perspectives or exceptional frames. I was in Castel del Monte near Andria in my beloved Puglia on a late summer afternoon. Variable weather, almost medieval atmosphere. We were immersed in this mystical structure, whose finality is still unknown to everyone.

This architecture is called the Akashi-Kaikyo Bridge, the longest span bridge in the world located in Japan. When this bridge was constructing, a big earthquake happened. Although its magnitude was 7.3, this bridge was not damaged seriously. When I saw this bridge, I felt that it was not only a large-scale bridge, but also there was a great force of engineers\' will that involved in its construction. In this photograph, I want to express not only the strength of the bridge but also the will of engineers, in contrast with the gentle ocean waves and the moving clouds.

These are camp elephants taken from Bandipur tiger reserve of India. Even though they live a family life in forest, they are tied under the control of humans. When i met this group, there was a wild male elephant along with them, but left the group immediately after spotting human presence. This image for me always screams to leave them back to the wild and stop elephant domestication
